Developed a custom Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) system for Tunisian Arabic, powered by a Transformer-based model (WavLM) fine-tuned on local dialect data.
- •Achieved over 90% transcription accuracy on a test set (9.1 % C.E.R ), with continuous improvements through custom language modeling (KenLM 4-gram) and active learning.
- •Hosted and deployed the model on Hugging Face Space, enabling permanent, public API access and removing dependency on local execution.
